Things to ask
- “Which of my domains, hosting plans and licences renew in the next 30 days?”
- “Check when these expire: clientone.com, clienttwo.co.uk, clientthree.de”
- “Is the SSL certificate on example.com about to expire?”
- “Add acme-bakery.com to TLDix and alert me 30 and 7 days before it expires.”
- “Add Elementor Pro for the Acme Bakery site, renewing on 2027-03-14.”
- “Make a table of everything I track that expires before the end of the year, grouped by client.”
Permissions, data and privacy
- What Claude can access: your tracked domains, hosting and licence renewals, your plan and its limits. It cannot see your password, payment details or account settings, and it cannot change your plan.
- How sign-in works: standard OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. You sign in on tldix.com; Claude never sees your password. TLDix stores only a hash of each access and refresh token. Access tokens expire after one hour and refresh tokens after 60 days of no use.
- What we keep: the items you add, and an activity log entry when Claude adds or removes something. We do not receive or store your Claude conversations; we only see the tool calls Claude makes and their inputs.
- Lookups without an account: the domain names you check are looked up in public WHOIS/RDAP and cached on TLDix like any lookup on our site.
- Disconnect any time: in TLDix under Panel → Integrations → Claude, or by removing the connector in Claude. Disconnecting revokes the tokens immediately.
The full policy is in our Privacy Policy.
Limits and troubleshooting
check_domain_expiriestakes up to 25 domains per call. Domains that time out are markedpending; ask Claude to check them again.- Lookups without an account share a daily limit. If it is reached, sign in or try again the next day.

- You must verify your email address before you can sign in from Claude.
